rain rain rain rain rain!

This rain a grey rain, a wet rain, a rain that falls for cobblestones and turns their unassuming curves copper. My windowframe is wide and the rain is my private cinema screening, curtains pulled back, grey, wet light catapulting into the room.

I curl my toes at the promises awaiting. I have been to the shop and I need not leave this tower again. I have enough cheese to melt and coffee to sip that I can see the working day out gloriously and gluttenously, while I while away my work.

Cheese and coffee and solitude, and a wide, wide, window to stare at the rain. I am going to put Marilyn Monroe on the stereo and take a running jump at the day.
